How are the Fluxgate Current Sensors Produced?

As a current detection device, the current sensor meets the requirements of the transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control of current information.
 
Given the cumbersome production process, how are the HANGZHI fluxgate current sensors produced? 


1. Main structure and components

To understand its production process, we must first know which parts it is composed of.
The current sensor is mainly divided into two parts: the coil and the control PCB board. The coil contains magnetic core and copper wire,while the control PCB board contains PCB board, heat sink and film. 


2. Basic production process

The first step is coil production: magnetic core winding and coating, welding wire ends, coil turns ratio test;
The second step is to solder the PCB board, install the heat sink, and test the function of the PCB board;
The third step is to fill the coil and PCB board with glue;
The fourth step is to assemble and test, assemble the glued coil and the corresponding PCB board, and then test the basic functions, indicators and zero points;
The fifth step is to pack and ship after filmed.
