The voltage sensor is the core device for the front-end signal sampling control of rail transit. The sensor products originally used in the rail transit industry are far from meeting the current application requirements, and they have been looking for sensors with higher performance. HANGZHI HCV series high-precision voltage sensor is a voltage measurement and control component based on fluxgate technology. It can accurately measure DC, AC, pulse and various irregular voltages under the condition of complete isolation of primary and secondary sides. It is a voltage sensor with extremely high measurement accuracy in the industrial field. The measurement accuracy is 0.1%, and the customized product accuracy can reach 0.02%; the linearity is 0.05%, and the measurement range is from 50V to 3000V. At present, it is mainly used in the fields of metrology verification and metrology calibration that require high accuracy, as well as in the fields of rail transit, aerospace and other fields that require high sensitivity, high stability and high reliability.

1. Accuracy test
From the test data, all data deviations meet the requirements of rail transit projects.

2. High and low temperature test
1)Low temperature test method: put the samples with normal detection function into the test box, set the temperature of the test box to -40℃, and then carry out the low temperature test. voltage, check whether the output voltage corresponding to the sample is normal, and the output voltage deviation is required to not exceed 0.12V.
2)High temperature test method: put the samples with normal detection function into the test box, set the temperature of the test box to +70℃, and then carry out the high temperature test. voltage, check whether the output voltage corresponding to the sample is normal, and the output voltage deviation is required to not exceed 0.12V.
3)Alternating damp heat test method: After the program of the test chamber is set to the alternating damp heat program, the damp heat test is carried out. The test temperature is 55°C, the humidity is 95%, and the test time is 1 day. During the test, input DC voltages of different values ​​to the sample to check whether the output voltage corresponding to the sample is normal, and the output voltage deviation is required not to exceed 0.12V.

3. EMC testing
Electrostatic discharge immunity test, electrical fast transient burst immunity test, surge (impact) immunity test, conducted disturbance immunity test induced by radio frequency field, power frequency magnetic field immunity test for electromagnetic compatibility requirements Test, impulse magnetic field immunity test, oscillating wave immunity test.

4. Safety test
Carry out insulation resistance test under 1000V voltage, dielectric strength test, and impulse voltage test under 10V voltage.

5. Test conclusion
1)The accuracy of HCV2000 high-precision voltage sensor meets the requirements of rail transit projects, with small output error and high linearity at room temperature;
